Who we are
dadwoven publishes practical guides for dads and dads-to-be in the UK. This policy covers the website at dadwoven.com (opens in a new tab) and the way we handle messages you send us. dadwoven.co.uk is only there to send people to dadwoven.com.
We do not publish a personal name, a photo or a postal address. The team signs its work The dadwoven team. For a privacy request, message the dadwoven WhatsApp channel (opens in a new tab).
What this website collects
This is a static website. You can read every page without an account. The pages do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. There is no shop and no checkout.
We do not run advertising. We do not use analytics. We do not build a profile of visitors.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a site can store on your device. This site does not set cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not show a cookie banner, because there is nothing to opt into or out of.
If that changes, this policy will change first. We will not add tracking cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted so it can be shown to you. The intended host is Cloudflare Pages. Like other hosts, Cloudflare may process connection data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser you used. They do this to deliver the site and to keep it secure.
Where that data counts as personal data, the lawful basis is legitimate interests: running a website that stays up and is not abused (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use host logs to market to you. Cloudflare describes its own role and retention in the Cloudflare privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
The free guide is shared on our WhatsApp channel. If you follow the channel, or send a message, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that under its own terms. Read the WhatsApp privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
We see messages you choose to send, and the display name WhatsApp shows us. We use that to reply and to run the channel. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive information. We do not need them, and WhatsApp would hold them too.
Instagram, TikTok and X
Links to Instagram, TikTok and X leave this site. Those services set their own cookies and have their own policies. We do not receive a list of who clicks the links.
We do not run an email list. The sign-up form on this site is switched off, so the website does not collect email addresses. If we turn a list on later, this section will name the provider, what we send, and how to unsubscribe, before the form appears.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. Hosting is handled by Cloudflare. Conversation on the channel is handled by WhatsApp. That is the list, unless the law requires us to disclose something, or we need a supplier to do a job you have asked for.
How long we keep it
The website has no account database to keep. A WhatsApp message stays in the chat until you delete it or we do. We do not copy channel messages into another system.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, the UK GDPR gives you rights over personal data we hold about you. You can ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how it is used, and object to certain uses. You can also ask for data you provided to be moved to another service, where that right applies.
Because this website does not hold accounts, we may have very little, or nothing, under your name. Channel messages sit with WhatsApp as well as with us.

Children
This site is written for adults. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Data outside the UK
Cloudflare and WhatsApp may process data outside the UK. They describe their safeguards in the privacy notices linked above.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. The date on this version is 18 October 2026.
